Kimberlie Richardson

Pastor Kimberlie D. Richardson is the second of two children born to the late Dr. David and Gloria Cozart.  Pastor Kimberlie, fondly known as P.K. by her members, received her early education in Spring Valley, New York, and continued her pursuit of higher learning at Morgan State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree from Bowie State University in Counseling Psychology.

In 1990 Pastor Kimberlie gave her life to Christ and quickly recognized that she is a New Breed of Leader that has been called to challenge, charge and change a nation of youth.  As a Professional School Counselor within Baltimore City Public Schools, the author of two books, CHOICES and Little Charlie and the Christmas Tree and the Writer, Director and Producer of the movie When Grandma Prays, her passion and divine assignment enables her to empower, equip and encourage a new generation of people to operate, rule and live as kingdom citizens.

On April 18, 1998, Kimberlie was joined in holy matrimony to Elder Lawrence G. Richardson Sr., Immediately, they knew that their union was ordained by God and was the fulfillment of a promise from God. As a result of prayer and fasting, the doors of Living Waters Ministries, Inc. were opened in November 1998 on the campus of Morgan State University in the Blount Towers Residence Hall.

Over the years, Lawrence and Kimberlie have watched God’s hand of favor, compassion, grace and love shower upon them and all who have attached themselves to the ministry. They truly believe that Living Waters Ministries is a place where the “River Of God Flows” and where signs and wonders will be manifested for the glory and honor of God.

Pastor Kimberlie and Pastor Lawrence Richardson are the proud parents of five wonderful sons, JeVaris, Justin, Lawrence Jr., Malachi and Isaiah.
